The exquisite and sumptuous surroundings of the Roof Garden's Babylon Restaurant play host to Business Junction's Kensington networking lunch on Thursday 7th August. Located 100 feet above Kensington High Street and with a heritage dating back to 1933, the Roof Gardens are home to three themed gardens, with over 70 full size trees, a flowing stream stocked with fish and resident flamingos - the perfect setting to make new business connections. 

This Business Junction networking lunch will be attended by a maximum of 40 business professionals from across a wide range of businesses and guests receive an advance attendee list of all the companies attending. Informal, relaxed and professionally run affairs, Business Junction lunches (stand-up, fork buffet format) enable guests to get to know each other a little better while enjoying complimentary drinks and a delicious buffet, which on this occasion will include:

Sumac spiced chicken breast with Israeli couscous salad of spring onions, parsley, orange blossom infused apricots and pomegranate molasses

White tomato soup with parsley, chives and basil, extra virgin olive oil and black olive muffin

Mi Cuit salmon delicately cured and cooked loch duart salmon, chilled beetroot and apple gazpacho, Keta caviar, fennel fronds and golden beetroot

Summer truffle risotto - Carnaroli rice cooked with crème fraîche and hard cheese in the style of Grana, finished with grated summer truffle and truffle oil

Followed by

Fresh berries under a burnt sabayon, with toasted clotted cream ice cream

Selection of seasonal cheeses served with crackers, grapes, celery and white wine apple jelly

Chocolate soil, Gru de Cocoa and Matcha green tea gravel with hibiscus sorbet 

Business Junction's weekly business networking lunches consistently attract 40-50 business guests from across a broad spectrum of businesses, guaranteeing that every attendee makes a good number of connections over the 2 hour event.
