The day before the event, everyone receives a list of all the companies attending.  At the event, a hot fork buffet is served along with a complimentary drink:  

Honey roasted vegetable tagine - with chickpeas in Moroccan spices with dried fruits, couscous, yoghurt, coriander & pine nuts 
Smoked salmon pinwheel - roquette & crème fraiche
Asparagus risotto - petit pois and soya beans, garnished with watercress
Chicken skewers - with peppers, chorizo and chimichurri sauce
St. Girasole pasta - asparagus, petit pois, Bella Lodi, baby spinach and pine nuts
Followed by assorted fruit tartlets with icing sugar & mint
