Located in the old Westminster Fire Station, Mathura showcases and unites the essence and flavour of glorious India and its neighbouring countries – Iran, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh, China and Myanmar.

With exclusive use of the Sapphire Room, guests will enjoy welcome mango Bellini cocktails on arrival, followed by a hot buffet lunch:

Saffron chicken tikka - succulent saffron and yoghurt marinated chicken, cooked in a tandoor served with a mango and cranberry chutney
Lamb seekh kebab - delectable masala minced lamb, cooked in a tandoor, served with coriander and mint chutney
Cocktail samosa - vegetables mini samosas served with a tamarind and mint chutney
Potato bona - with coriander chutney
Prawn tikki - crispy prawn cakes served with a black garlic chutney
