With a career spanning over 25 years, Chef Patron Peter Lloyd has a host of prestigious roles under his belt, training at The House of Commons and the Dorchester Hotel and securing his first Head Chef position at RSJ Restaurant, Waterloo, aged just 23, producing menus that wowed the critics and the public, and saw him awarded two AA Rosettes. Lloyd discovered his passion for South-East Asian cuisine as Executive Chef at the five-star Sanderson Hotel and Suka Restaurant and opened his Sticky Mango Waterloo restaurant in 2016 followed by a new flagship venue in Tower Bridge in August 2023.

Located a short walk from Waterloo station, Business Junction guests will enjoy exclusive use of the Blossum Tree Room. As with all our events, everyone who has booked a place will receive a list of attendees 24 hours before the event to help them better prepare. 

Guests will enjoy Hibiscus Bellinis or an elderflower fizz mocktail on arrival and a bowl food lunch comprising:

Thai green curry, seasonal vegetables, aubergine, crispy okra (ve)
Served with Pandan jasmine rice.

Members: £25+VAT | Non-members: £35+VAT

Non-members are always welcome and can attend up to two events to try us out after which they would need to become members to continue attending events. Annual membership is £300+VAT, which can be paid annually or monthly at £25+VAT.
