Business Junction Ltd., and Business Junction are the property of Business Junction Inc. Ltd., a UK registered company and subject to UK company laws.

Business Junction Inc. Ltd. and Business Junction promote business opportunities between companies. This is the focus of all its online and offline activities, and those of its members, subscribers, website users and event attendees. 

The website is offered to all users and members, conditional to your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Your use of this website constitutes your agreement to these Terms & Conditions. Our Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice.

Membership of Business Junction 

Business Junction membership is for a minimum of one year as per the membership dates stated on the membership invoice. The annual membership fee cannot be cancelled or refunded. The annual membership fee is due in full on joining.  Alternatively, 12 monthly payments are due promptly and in full if the member opts to pay the invoice on a monthly basis. Membership is automatically renewed after 12 months on receipt of regular uninterrupted payments.

Membership will only start before payment is received at the discretion of Business Junction and on the understanding that the terms of membership including payment terms have been understood and accepted by the company. Failure to pay for company membership will lead to a suspension of membership and Business Junction will pursue the full annual payment and will only re-activate the membership once the annual payment is received in full.

Payment of the annual membership subscription can be made in 12 equal monthly amounts. The annual membership fee cannot be subsequently cancelled or refunded in the first year of membership. It is extremely time-consuming and costly to administer late or irregular payments and we reserve the right to charge £25+VAT if payments are not made within 30 days of the due date of invoice or monthly payment date. Further if the first payment is not received within 7 working days from the date of invoice and if the standing order is not set up on time or any payments are late or missed, we will request the balance on your account to be immediately paid in full.

Membership of Business Junction is open to all companies which want to promote their goods and services to other companies, and, in turn, are open to promotion of other members' goods and services. You will be asked to confirm that you have the authority to request membership of Business Junction on behalf of your company. 

Any company can apply to Business Junction for membership. Business Junction reserves the right to deny or cancel membership, access to its events or online facilities should the company be deemed not suitable for membership. No explanation needs to be given.

Any company or its representatives acting in a manner not conducive to the aims of Business Junction can have its membership suspended or rescinded at the discretion of Business Junction. Such activities such as non-payment of fees, spamming members via email, posting of lewd or inappropriate content online or aggressive promotion, promotion of other networks to the detriment of Business Junction especially where such promotion is by a person with a rewarded position within another network can lead to suspension or membership cancellation. In such circumstances, no refund of fees will be made. 

Company members pay an annual subscription fee in return for benefits that are accorded to member companies. These include priority invitations for events, reduced or free entry to certain events and at the discretion of Business Junction, free entry into the printed and online directory and other services designed to increase business marketing opportunities for each of its members. 

Each member company can send two representatives to any event under the terms of its membership agreement. Additional guests are welcome to attend but are subject to event restrictions and charges as announced.

Membership of Business Junction usually means free entry into that current year's Business Junction Directory providing the member company's payments are up-to-date and current. Production of the Directory is discretionary. Inclusion in the Directory is also at Business Junction's discretion, is outside of annual membership fees levied, and is subject to certain date of membership restrictions. Usually, this means only members who are fully paid up on Feb 28th of the year with at least six months of current membership remaining will be included in the annual directory when produced.


In order to enjoy the benefit of the subscription services through the Business Junction site, your company must have joined Business Junction.

A member company receives up to 10 free online subscriptions to the Business Junction Alerts service. These individual subscribers can effectively network 24/7, passing on referrals, marketing opportunities, supplier, quote and specification requests, flagging of opportunities and general information of interest to each member instantly.

Subscribers can choose to receive Alerts via their inbox, desk-top syndicate box or to be stored on their individual Subscription Page.

Online content 

Business Junction members and subscribers are responsible for any content they post or transmit through any of our sites. They will be identified as the originators of such content and should act responsibility. All messages, postings, threads, alerts and emails should be related to the aims of Business Junction.

Business Junction does not guarantee the accuracy or quality of any content posted or disseminated through its site. By using these services you may receive content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable. Business Junction accepts no responsibility or liability for any damage or loss incurred by the use of such content transmitted via its sites.

The Alert service is passively moderated but not all content will have been screened. Posting of any unsuitable material could lead to suspension of subscriber privileges and cancellation of subscriber services without refund. Alerts are for information, news, flagging of business opportunities, referrals, recommendations, requests and general items that will benefit members. 

The use of Alerts for direct promotions of member companies, their products and services are forbidden unless they are in direct response to an Alert. Offenders will be informed of miscreance, then suspended and ultimately removed from the system for repeat offenders.

Alerts are to be used for requests, recommendations and referrals. When a member company creates an Alert, it must be in those three categories.

Members are welcome to promote themselves when RESPONDING to an Alert.

When Business Junction sends an information Alert, NO RESPONSE is allowed. Business Junction Alerts (ie those sent out by the Business Junction office and its staff) are for members only. Typically, these are tender and bid awareness notices . When further details are needed in order to apply for the tender, these will only be sent out to Member Companies when the tender falls under their core services. When there is doubt, Business Junction reserves the right to withhold the full tender details.

At all times, Business Junction members should promote other Business Junction member companies before non-member companies.

Business Junction will encourage non-member companies benefiting from the system to join Business Junction. Where non-member companies are receiving repeat referrals and still remain outside the network, we reserve the right to notify the referring member to desist from future referrals. Failure to obey this request will result in suspension of Alerts rights for the member company.


All personal and corporate information is only used by Business Junction and Junior Junction for its own business purposes. We act in accordance with UK Data Law and will not pass on your details to third parties.

From time to time, Business Junction to work with agencies which provide additional business services, such as support, training or access to finance. In such cases, these other agencies will be providing services that we believe you will find useful and are themselves usually members of Business Junction. They will not have access to your data.


Dealings with any partners, associates or advertisers are entirely between you and the company directly.

Event bookings

All companies and their representatives must book ahead of the event they wish to attend. Prior booking is a prerequisite of admittance. Where no booking is made, entry cannot be guaranteed. In circumstances where no booking has been received, Business Junction can only permit entry subject to the host venue's agreement with Business Junction and is permitted subject to full payment being received within 24 hours.

Business Junction reserves the right to pursue non-paying companies for payments due. Members can be suspended for non-payment of due event fees until such time as the amount due is settled.

All bookings must be made through our online booking system or by email or telephone. A place is reserved for three days pending payment when the booking is accepted as confirmed. Payment is confirmation of attendance. Where bookings are made and accepted and a payment arrangement is allowed on the day, the booking company accepts full liability in the event they do not attend. Business Junction will invoice for the agreed payment and seek settlement by return.

Cancellations and/or requests for an event transfer are only accepted when made at least 24 hours before the event.  Any refunds and transfers are at the discretion of Business Junction. 

The production of a datasheet for a Business Junction event is discretionary and does not constitute part of the event fee. Whilst every effort is made to include all attending company's details on datasheets, booking an event does not guarantee company data being included on event materials. This applies to late bookings - ones made within 24 hours of an event, or where a booking has failed to appear on the system for technical reasons. 

All data collected when booking is subject to our Privacy terms above. We do not keep or store any card details when these are used for bookings.

The attendee list for each event, comprising Company Name, Attendee Name, Email Address and Business Website, is shared in advance with other event attendees and with the host venue.

Business Junction publishes a number of photos taken at each event, as well as a short video of each event, on its social media channels.  If you do not wish to be in these photos or videos, please contact in advance of the event and we will ensure that you are omitted from any photography or videography.

External links

Business Junction has no control over external sites and their site advertisers and accept no responsibilities over external sites, content, products or services.

Cancelling membership 

Those members choosing to leave Business Junction should inform the office of their decision before the end of that current year's membership. Benefits of membership will be removed on the last date of that year's membership including event attendance, online directory listing, Alerts subscriptions and any other benefits of membership available at the time of cancellation.

In order for these benefits to be reinstated, membership must be reactivated and due fees made. Business Junction will inform each company of their status and fees due.

The leaving company forfeits all rights of attendance of Business Junction events. If anyone at your company wishes to attend a future event, the company will have to rejoin Business Junction.

Cancelling Standing Orders & Direct Debits

It is the responsibility of the leaving company to cancel any Standing Orders or Direct Debits to Business Junction. If an overpayment is made, Business Junction reserves the right to charge £25+VAT administration fee to organise the first repayment and this will be taken out of the refunded amount. Further refunds will be subject to administration fees of £25+VAT each.


You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Business Junction Ltd, its officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from your use of any online content, services, or your breach of the terms of these Terms and Conditions.
