Our work includes trade mark clearing, trade mark registration, managing trade mark disputes, trade mark assignment, licensing, settlement and other agreements relating to trade marks.
Our work is UK and multi-jurisdictional for which we have an extensive network of overseas colleagues with a great deal of expertise for their respective countries.
We do the same for designs and copyright.
Our work includes drafting and negotiating software licences, SaaS and PaaS licence agreements.
