City Networking Evening in Finsbury Square

Guests will be welcomed with complimentary drinks before enjoying PYRO, a bold new Greek BBQ concept from Michelin-starred chef Yiannis Mexis, presented ahead of his highly anticipated restaurant launch. Expect open-fire cooking, Mediterranean flavours and a menu designed for sharing, all served fresh in the vibrant setting of Finsbury Square.

The menu includes:

• Cumbrian corn-fed chicken, brined with fenugreek and fire-grilled, finished with smoked paprika and wild Greek oregano
• Lamb and beef skewers, a rich, spiced blend flame-seared with Mediterranean herbs
• BBQ vegetable skewers with barrel-aged feta and Greek herbs
• BBQ vegan skewers finished with oregano and olive oil
• Tzatziki, Greek yoghurt with cucumber and garlic
• Smoked aubergine with roasted garlic, lemon and olive oil
• Traditional grilled pita, charred over coal with olive oil and spices
• New potato salad with yoghurt, lemon, dill and spring onions
• Classic Greek salad with cucumber, tomato, olives and feta
